After analyzing the pricing of major coaching brands, the typical market range in Bengaluru for 1-year and 2-year NEET/JEE programs is approximately ₹1.4 lakh-₹3.4 lakh depending on course duration, brand, scholarships, and integrated offerings.
For a fast-growing premium brand like Arjun Academy, I would recommend a value-premium pricing strategy: charge 15-25% lower than national giants initially while offering superior mentorship, smaller batches, and personalized attention.
