ARJUN ACADEMY – REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy
Refund requests are subject to this policy and applicable Indian laws.
2. Admission Cancellation
Refund requests submitted before batch commencement may be considered after deduction of administrative charges.
3. After Batch Commencement
Once classes have commenced, access has been granted, study materials have been dispatched, or digital content has been accessed, refund eligibility may be reduced or denied depending on service utilization.
4. Digital Products
Fees paid for digital courses, recorded classes, test series, downloadable materials, and online resources are generally non-refundable after access is provided.
5. Scholarship Admissions
Scholarship-based admissions and special promotional offers may have separate refund rules communicated at the time of enrollment.
6. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within 15–30 business days through the original payment method where feasible.
7. Non-Transferability
Fees paid for one course or student are generally not transferable unless approved by management.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
Arjun Academy may review genuine hardship cases at its sole discretion.
